The licensee has not arranged the program so that each child spends at least two hours outdoors each day, weather permitting, unless otherwise advised in writing by a physician or parent.

The parent handbook does not include information about the reasons for when refunds or credits of fees will be provided.

The licensee has not kept a daily attendance record showing the time of arrival and departure or the absence of each child.

The parent handbook does not include a copy of the safe arrival and dismissal policy.

The parent handbook does not include information about the requirements regarding supervision of volunteers and students.

The licensee has not sent a copy of the direction or order madeby the local medical officer of health or the local fire department immediately to a program adviser and/or has not notified a programme adviser immediately of any enforcement action taken against the licensee in relation to the direction or order.
