Using FirstDrop
FirstDrop is a free tool for parents to browse and track licensed daycare options in Toronto. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Data accuracy
Daycare listings are sourced from Ontario's licensed childcare registry. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or up to date. Always confirm details — hours, fees, availability, licence status — directly with the daycare provider before making decisions.
FirstDrop is not affiliated with the City of Toronto, the Province of Ontario, or any daycare operator.
Your content (notes and reports)
- Notes you write are private to your account. We do not share or display them.
- Reports you submit may be used to correct listing data. Do not include personal information about yourself or others in a report.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive reports.
No warranty
FirstDrop is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information found on this site, or for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.
Account termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@firstdrop.ca.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
