The licensee has not kept a daily attendance record showing the time of arrival and departure or the absence of each child.

The licensee has not made a list available and accessible in any other area in which children may be present with names of the children and their allergies or food restrictions.

Spaces for storage of medical supplies, cleaning materials, equipment, other poisonous or hazardous substances, heating equipment and/or electrical equipment in the child care centre, and the items kept in those spaces, are accessible to children.

A fire drill has not been conducted at least once a month as required.

The licensee has not conducted a total evacuation fire drill at least three times during each fall and spring term.

The licensee has not conducted a total evacuation fire drill at least three times or at least once a month, whichever is less, during the summer term.

The licensee has not maintained a daily written record that includes a summary of any incident affecting the health, safety or well-being of any child.
