An individualized support plan has not been developed in consultation with a parent of the child, the child (if appropriate for the childâs age) and any regulated health professional or other person who works with the child in a capacity that would allow the person to help inform the plan.
Spaces for storage of medical supplies, cleaning materials, equipment, other poisonous or hazardous substances, heating equipment and/or electrical equipment in the child care centre, and the items kept in those spaces, are accessible to children.
