The parent handbook does not include information about the base fees and non base fees charged by the licensee and/or whether or not the licensee is enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care System.

The licensee did not provide every employee written notice that included whether or not the licensee would be applying to enrol in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care System, if applying the anticipated date of application and if applicable, the results of the application within 14 days of becoming aware of the results.

The licensee has not ensured that any special medical or additional information provided by a parent is up to date and readily accessible to each staff member.

The licensee has not maintained a daily written record that includes a summary of any incident affecting the health, safety or well-being of any child.

The licensee has not implemented the written procedures for the administration of medications.

The licensee has not ensured that a drug or medication is administered to a child only from the original container clearly labelled with the child's name, the name of the drug or medication, the dosage, the date of purchase and expiration, if applicable, and instructions for storage and administration.
