The licensee has not implemented the written procedures for the administration of medications.

At least one individualized plan for a child with medical needs does not include a description of any medical devices and any instructions related to its use.

The licensee has not ensured that a drug or medication is administered to a child only from the original container clearly labelled with the child's name, the name of the drug or medication, the dosage, the date of purchase and expiration, if applicable, and instructions for storage and administration.

The licensee has not sent a copy of the direction or order made by the local medical officer of health or the local fire department immediately to a program adviser and/or has not notified a program adviser immediately of any enforcement action taken against the licensee in relation to the direction or order.

The licensee has not implemented the playground safety policy.

Inspections of the outdoor play space, fixed play structures and surfacing have not been conducted as required.
