Not every child has been supervised by an adult at all times.

The licensee has not kept a daily attendance record showing the time of arrival and departure or the absence of each child.

The licensee has not implemented the written procedures for the administration of medications.

The licensee has not made all drugs and medications inaccessible to children at all times.

The licensee has not ensured that a drug or medication is administered to a child only with written parental authorization including a schedule that sets out the times and amounts to be administered.

The licensee has not obtained the required vulnerable sector check documentation in respect of at least one person who provides child care or other services to a child.

The licensee has not kept up-to-date records that include a copy of any individualized plan.

The parent handbook does not include information about the base fees and non base fees charged by the licensee and/or whether or not the licensee is enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care System.
