The licensee has not credited or refunded parents of eligible children the difference between the base fee paid and the base fee determined under ss. 77.2(2) or ss. 77.2(3) within 60 days after December 31, 2024 if the licensee was enrolled on or prior to December 31, 2024 or if enrolled after December 31, 2024 the day the licensee is advised by the local service system manager of the enrolment in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care System.
