Not every child has been supervised by an adult at all times.

The licensee has not provided a report to a program adviser within 24 hours of the licensee or supervisor becoming aware of the occurrence.

The licensee has not implemented the policies and procedures with respect to serious occurrences.

The parent handbook does not include information about the base fees and non base fees charged by the licensee and/or whether or not the licensee is enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care System.

The licensee has not implemented the written policies and procedures for monitoring compliance and contraventions.

The licensee has not sent a copy of the direction or order madeby the local medical officer of health or the local fire department immediately to a program adviser and/or has not notified a program adviser immediately of any enforcement action taken against the licensee in relation to the direction or order.

The licensee has not implemented the approaches set out in its program statement.

The licensee has not stored items listed under ss.40(3) as non-medication in accordance with the instructions on the label and/or the container or package was not clearly labelled with the child's name and the name of the item.
