The licensee has not kept all drugs and medications in a locked container.

The licensee has not ensured that a drug or medication is administered to a child only from the original container clearly labelled with the child's name, the name of the drug or medication, the dosage, the date of purchase and expiration, if applicable, and instructions for storage and administration.

The licensee has not implemented the written procedures for the administration of medications.

The licensee has not kept a daily attendance record of each licensed age group that includes the name of each child in the group and the times the child was in the group.

The parent handbook does not include information about the base fees and non base fees charged by the licensee and/or whether or not the licensee is enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care System.

The licensee has not obtained an offence declaration or attestation for a person who provides child care or other services to a child every year as required under the regulation.

The licensee has not implemented the policies and procedures required under s. 65.
