The licensee has not implemented the policies and procedures with respect to sleep.

One or more offence declarations are not current and/or do not address the relevant time period.

The licensee has not implemented the policies and procedures required under s. 65.

The licensee has not made sure that items listed under ss.40(3) as non-medication are only administered to a child from the original container or package and/or in accordance with the instuctions on the label and any instructions provided by the parent of the child.

Spaces for storage of medical supplies, cleaning materials, equipment, other poisonous or hazardous substances, heating equipment and/or electrical equipment in the child care centre, and the items kept in those spaces, are accessible to children.

The licensee has not labelled food and/or drink supplied by a parent with the child's name.

The licensee has not implemented the policies and procedures required under s. 65.

A licensee has not required a person who has started interacting with children and who has not provided a vulnerable sector check to apply to obtain a vulnerable sector check.

The length of time required to obtain a vulnerable sector check does not jusify that a licensee has permitted a person who has not provided a vulnerable sector check to start their employment or volunteer position or otherwise start interacting with children.

Where a person has been permitted to start interacting with children at the child care centre and has not provided a vulnerable sector check, additional measures have not been put in place to protect children until the vulnerable sector check is obtained.

The licensee has not kept a daily attendance record showing the time of arrival and departure or the absence of each child.
